Users can contact sellers in 3 ways.
Default in-app chat during booking.
Contact on the listing detail page.
Contact on the vendor profile page.
How To Access Inbox In The Marketplace?
Log in to your marketplace
Open the Inbox icon in the header menu.
3. You can view different types such as vendor and user messages, in different tabs labeled “From Seller,” “From Buyer,” and “From Contact.”
How To Contact Seller While Booking?
When a user asks for an item or service, he can add an optional message. This is a great place to ask for more details about availability at certain hours. The vendor can then accept or decline the request based on availability.
2. When a buyer contacts a seller while booking a listing, their chats will appear in the “From Buyer” tab. Conversely, if a seller sends a message to a buyer, it will be displayed in the “From Seller” tab.
3. Also, buyers can attach images or files in their chats with sellers by clicking the attachment icon (🖇️). Each buyer can attach up to 5 images or files, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file, totaling up to 25 MB.
Note: This is the default In-App Chat.
How To Contact Seller On Listing Detail Page?
Go to the listing detail page you wish to book.
2. There you’ll find the button “Contact.” Upon clicking you can contact the seller.
3. When a buyer contacts a seller through listing detail page their chat will appear on the “From Contact” tab. Conversely, if a seller sends a message to a buyer, it will be displayed in the “From Contact” tab.
