Canceling a booking is a straightforward process designed to ensure convenience and clarity for users.
Whether plans have changed or unforeseen circumstances have arisen, you can easily cancel your booking by following a few simple steps.
How To Cancel A Booking - Seller Side
If something goes wrong in the booking process sellers can cancel the booking. To cancel your booking follow the steps.
Go to your Bookings page.
2. In the booking, under the Selling section, you’ll see the booking details of your listing.
The cancellation works in 2 ways. One is before seller approval and the other is after seller approval.
Before Seller Approval
If the Seller cancels the booking before approval, the cancellation flow goes as.
Under the Actions column, you’ll see the “Confirm” button.
2. Once the seller clicks the “Confirm” button, a popup will open with “Confirm” and “Reject” buttons.
3. Click the “Reject” button to cancel the booking of your listing.
After Seller Approval
Note: This scenario only happens if the buyer makes the booking using online payment methods like PayPal, Stripe, and Razorpay.
If the Seller cancels the booking after approval, the cancellation flow goes as.
Under the Actions column, you’ll see the “Cancel” button.
2. Upon clicking the cancel button, a popup will be asked for a cancellation reason.
3. Once the seller enters the cancel reason and clicks Confirm, the booking will be successfully canceled.

Note: Once the seller cancels their booking, the admin will be notified. Admin will handle cancellation in dispute management.
How To Cancel A Booking - Buyer Side
If something goes wrong in the booking process buyers can cancel your booking. To cancel your booking follow the steps.
Go to your Bookings page.
2. In the booking, under the Buying section, you’ll see the booking details of the listing.

Before Seller Approval

3. Click the “Yes” button to cancel the booking of the listing.
After Seller Approval

How Can I Get The Refund?
When a seller/buyer cancels, the refund flow goes in two ways. One is before seller approval and the other is after seller approval.
Before Seller Approval
If the seller/buyer cancels the booking before seller approval, the following refund policies apply:
For digital payments made via PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay, the user will receive an automatic refund.
For payments made via UPI, the seller will manually refund the money to the user.
After Seller Approval
If the seller/buyer cancels the booking after seller approval, the following refund policies apply:
When a seller/buyer cancels, the admin is notified via email.
The admin will communicate with both parties to discuss the situation and determine the next steps.
Based on the discussion, the admin will decide whether to issue a full- refund or a partial refund.
