How To Add Cancellation Reasons?

  1. Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  2. Open the “Cancellation Reason Management” under the Listing Settings.

  3. Click Add Cancel Reason button

  4. Choose the order type template to which the cancellation reasons should be applied.

  5. Add reasons and click save.

How To Delete The Cancellation Reasons?

  1. Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  2. Open the “Cancellation Reason Management” under the Listing Settings.

  3. Click the delete icon which you would like to delete from the cancellation reasons list view.

  4. A confirmation popup will be displayed. On clicking yes the record will be deleted.

How To Edit The Cancellation Reasons?

  1. Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  2. Open the “Cancellation Reason Management” under the Listing Settings.

  3. Click the edit icon which you would like to edit from the cancellation reasons list view.

  4. Edit the reasons you want to change and click the save button.
