After the seller accepts the booking, but the buyer wants to cancel or has an issue with the booking, the buyer can raise a dispute.

To raise a dispute, buyers have to follow the steps.

  1. Go to the transaction page. Under the buying buyer can see their transaction.

  2. Now in the action column, the buyer can select the β€œDispute” button.

  3. Now, the buyer will be asked for the dispute reason. They select the predefined reasons or comment on their reason.

  4. Once the buyer raises the dispute, the admin will be notified.

In the admin panel,

  1. After the admin is notified, they will check the disputes in the β€œDispute Management” tab.

  2. Under the action column, select the edit button.

  3. Now, the admin will start the conversation with the buyer and the seller.

  4. After the conversation, the admin will approve or reject the dispute.

    1. If Accepted -The Refunded amount can be either full or partial. If the buyer needs a full refund, then the full amount will be refunded to the Buyer. If a partial refund, then the partial amount will be refunded to the buyer and the remaining amount will be Payout to the seller.

    2. If Rejected - No amount will be refunded.
