After completing the Stripe setup, you can use this gateway for your payments.

To pay with Stripe follow these steps.

  1. To initiate the Stripe workflow, the buyer in your platform has to confirm the booking and proceed to pay with a “Credit/Debit Card”.

  2. You’ll redirected to the Stripe payment page.

  3. If you are new to Stripe enter your card details or choose your saved card details and complete the payment. Now the amount will be transferred to the admin’s Stripe account.

  4. Now, the seller has to either confirm or reject your booking.

    1. Seller Accepted: If the seller accepts the buyer’s booking, the amount, after deducting the buyer and seller fees, will be transferred from admin to the seller's Stripe account.

    2. Seller Rejected: If the seller rejects the buyer’s booking, the amount will be refunded to the buyer’s Stripe account.

    3. Seller No Response: If the seller doesn’t accept or reject the booking in 24 hours, it’ll be automatically rejected by the admin. The captured amount will be refunded to the buyer’s Stripe account.

  5. Once every process including booking and transaction is completed, the seller will select the complete transaction button on their transaction page.

  6. Now the booking flow is entirely completed.
