After completing the Razorpay setup, you can use this gateway for your payments.

To pay with Razorpay follow these steps.

  1. To initiate the Razorpay workflow, the buyer in your platform has to confirm the booking and proceed to pay with Razorpay.

  2. You’ll see a pop-up asking for your buyer's mobile number to proceed with payment.

  3. Upon clicking the proceed button, the buyer can complete the payment using a QR scanner, UPI, credit/debit card, or mobile number. Once the buyer’s payment is successful. The amount will be captured in the Razorpay.

  4. Now, the seller has to either confirm or reject your booking.

    1. Seller Accepted: If the seller accepts the buyer’s booking, the captured amount, after deducting the buyer and seller fees, will be transferred to the seller's Razorpay account.

    2. Seller Rejected: If the seller rejects the buyer’s booking, the captured amount will be refunded to the buyer’s Razorpay account.

    3. Seller No Response: If the seller doesn’t accept or reject the booking in 24 hours, it’ll be automatically rejected by the admin. The captured amount will be refunded to the buyer’s Razorpay account.

  5. Once every process including booking and transaction is completed, the seller will select the complete transaction button on their transaction page.

  6. Now the booking flow is entirely completed.
