To set up Google Sign-In for your marketplace and integrate it with your Google Sign-In Project, follow these steps:

Obtaining Google Sign-In Project Information:

  1. Ensure you have selected the correct Project you created.

  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to "Credentials."

  3. In the "OAuth 2.0 client IDs" list, locate and click on the entry for the ID you previously created.

  4. Copy the "Client ID" value, which consists of a long string of characters and numbers.

  5. Click the edit icon, you’ll be redirected to the “Client ID for Web Application” page.

  6. On the right side, you’ll see the “Client Secret” key. Copy the key.

    Integrating Google Sign-In into Your Marketplace:

  1. Log in to your marketplace, ensuring you have administrator privileges.

  2. Go to the "Social Media" page within your Admin panel.

  3. Locate the "Google Sign-In" section.

  4. In the "Google Client ID" field, paste the "Client ID" value you copied earlier.

  5. Return to your Google Project in the same section where you obtained the Client ID.

  6. Copy the "Client secret," which is also a long string of characters and numbers. You may need to refresh the page to display the "Client secret" field.

  7. Go back to the "Social Media" section in your Admin panel.

  8. Paste the copied "Client secret" string into the "Google Client secret" field.

  9. Click "Save settings."

That's it! Google Sign-In is now active and configured for your marketplace, allowing users to sign in using their Google credentials.

How To Enable/Disable Google Sign-In?

  1. Go to the admin panel.

  2. Select “Social Media” under the advanced settings

  3. In the Google Sign-In, enable/disable the toggle bar.
