What Is Seller Owe?

The Seller owe is the amount that the seller needs to give to the admin. It is essentially a fee or commission that is deducted from the seller's earnings. The admin can contact the seller and get their commission.

Note: This will happen only when the seller transaction completes through the cash payment method.

Also, this will happen only when you enable both buyer and seller fees or either one.

Admin can manage these in the SellerOwe in the admin panel.

To manage the SellerOwe,

  1. Go to the admin panel

  2. Select “SellerOwe” in the header.

3. You can see the list of sellers who are applicable for Seller Owe. When the admin received the fee from the seller, the admin can click the “Paid” in the action tab.

4. Upon clicking the popup will be shown for confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.

5. Once you select the paid, the status will be changed to Completed. Till then the status will be in Pending.

How Can A User Manage The Seller Owe?

  1. Go to the User transaction page.

  2. On the transaction page, you can see the amount that you owe to the admin.
