Can I Downgrade My Plan Before The Current Plan Expires?

If the user tries to downgrade the plan from higher to lower then

Eg: The user purchased Plan “Business” with a worth of 179 USD. Users utilized Plan “Business” for 15 days. After that, they decided to move to Plan “Professional” with a worth of 119 USD.

  • In this case, the remaining 15 days' amount {89.5} from the plan “Business” will be added as a credit point.

  • If the user tries to downgrade to Plan “Professional” from Plan “Business,” then the user will only have to pay for 15 days price of Plan “Professional,” not 30 days.

  • The plan “Professional” amount is 119 USD, then the user has to pay the 59.5 USD which is 15 days price of this plan.

  • Since the user already has 15 days of credit points 89.5 USD from the subscription account “Business” plan so, the user does not have to pay 59.5 USD.

  • Instead, the amount will be deducted from the credit point (89.5 - 59.5 = 30).

  • The remaining 30 USD will be in the credit points, which the user can able to use this amount while he purchases or renewal the current plan.
