How To Add Custom User Fields?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup.

  • Select “User Fields & Filters” in the user option.

  • Click the “Add New Field” button.

  • Provide a name and description to your custom user fields.

  • You can enable the sign-up toggle button if you need to get this detail at the sign-up.

  • If you are creating the mandatory field, enable the Mandatory toggle button.

  • Select the visibility of the field.

    • Public - The field will be visible to all the users on the platform.

    • Only Me - The field will be only visible to the admin.

    • After Booking - The field will be visible to the users who make booking on the platform.

  • Select the field type from the pre-defined field types.

    • Text - The "Single-line Text" field is for shorter inputs, such as a name, email address, password, or any other type of textual content that requires less space to display.

    • Multi-line Text - This field is for longer messages or comments, as well as descriptions, notes, and other types of textual content that require more space.

    • Number - This field is for numeric data, such as age, quantity, phone number, or any other numerical data.

    • Dropdown - A drop-down field presents a list of predefined options for users to choose, simplifying selection and reducing input errors.

    • Checkbox - A checkbox field is an input field that allows users to select one or multiple options from a predefined list.

    • Date - It is an input field that allows users to select a date from a calendar or enter it manually.

    • Image - It allows users to upload or select an image to use in their profile.

    • File Upload - It allows users to upload or select a file to use in their profile.

    • Video - It allows users to upload or select a video to use in their profile.

  • Click the Save button.

How To Edit Custom User Fields?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup.

  • Select “User Fields & Filters” in the user option.

  • Select the “Edit Icon” near the field you want to edit

  • Edit the name and description of your custom user fields.

  • Click the Save button

How To Delete The Custom User Fields?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup.

  • Select “User Fields & Filters” in the user option.

  • Select the “Delete Icon” near the field you want to delete.

  • Confirm the “Yes” in the popup to delete the user field.

  • Click the Save button.
