If the marketplace users have any queries or if they would like to provide any feedback, then they can do it by using the contact us page.
This would also be useful for the users who would like to join your marketplace and have trouble joining them.
Click the “Contact Us” option on the header.
The contact us page will have the following fields. Fill out these fields
Provide your Name
Enter Your Email
Leave your queries in the Message Box
Confirm the Recaptcha
Click the Send Message Button.
Once a user provides the above details and verifies themselves via reCaptcha and clicks the send message button the message will be sent to the marketplace admin.
