Can Users Post Reviews For The Listing?
Yes, users can post reviews for the listings. The review option will be enabled for the listings only when the booking is completed.
Log in to the marketplace
Navigate to the profile icon in the header
Click the Rate Review option by hovering over the profile icon
You can see 2 tabs on the review page
Click the “Review By You” tab. There you can view the list of transactions that are completed and are ready to review.
Click the “Write Review” link
A review page will be launched with the following fields
Describe Your Experience
Overall Experience
Describe Your Experience: This will be a text area where you can add your review message content here.
Overall Experience: This will be a rating section where 5 stars will be provided, if you click the start then it will be chosen as the rating. If you click 1 star then it will be a 1-star rating, if 2 then you are providing a 2-star rating for the listing and your experience on it, similarly for 3, 4, and 5 ratings.
On clicking the submit review button, provided a review and the rating will be posted for the listing. You can view the review and ratings on the listing page and also in the “Reviews By You” tab on the review page.
What Actions Can Be Performed In The “Reviews By You” Tab?
The “Reviews By You” tab will have the following details
Profile Icon
Name of the user
Listing Name
1 line Listing Description
Rating
Date
The following actions will be available on this page
Write/ Edit Review
View Itinerary
Write/Edit Review: On clicking this link, create/edit review page will be launched where you can provide/update the review and ratings.
View Itinerary: On clicking this link, the receipt page will be launched. There you can view all the transaction details.
Where Can I View The Reviews Made By The Other Users?
You can view the reviews about you posted by other users in 3 places
First in the Review section in the header profile menu
Log in to the marketplace
Navigate to the profile icon in the header
Click the Rate Review option by hovering over the profile icon
You can see 2 tabs on the review page
Click the “Review About You” tab. There you can view the list of reviews posted by others about you.
Next, you can view the reviews in the view profile page. Follow the below steps to navigate to that page.

You can view the reviews about you made by other users below the listings on the profile page.
Third, you can view it by opening the listing details page. Reviews will be available at the end of the listing details page
What Details Will Be There In The “Reviews About You” Tab?
The “Reviews about you” tab will have the list of reviews made by the other users to you. The following details will be available in the list view

Date
Is It Possible To Update The Provided Review And Rating?
Yes, you can update the provided rating and the review by following the same step as the written review. Once you have posted a review for the listing, then the write review option will be changed to edit review where you can update by clicking the edit option.
