Where To Find My Transactions?

  1. Log in to your marketplace

  2. Open the Transactions option from the profile menu

3. There will be 2 tabs segregating the transactions list

4. Buying tab will have a list of transactions made by the user (i.e user's own transactions)

5. The selling tab will have a list of transactions made by the other user for the user-created listings.

How To Export My Transactions List?

  1. Log in to your marketplace

  2. Open the Transactions option from the profile menu

  3. There will be 2 tabs segregating the transactions list

  4. Buying tab will have a list of transactions made by the user (i.e user's transactions)

  5. The selling tab will have a list of transactions made by the other user for the user-created listings.

  6. The export option will be at the top. Currently, we have only the CSV format. On choosing CSV the data will be exported.

How To Search For A Specific Transaction?

  1. Log in to your marketplace

  2. Navigate to the profile menu in the header

  3. Click the Transactions link, you will be redirected to the Transactions page

Here we can search the transactions by using two methods,

  • By providing listing titles in the search, transactions will be filtered out and matching results will be displayed.

  • Another method is by filtering the transactions using the status drop-down. The status drop-down will have the following values

    • All - all the transactions irrespective of the status will be displayed in the search results.

    • Approved - all the transactions in the approved status will be displayed in the search results.

    • Pending - all the transactions in the pending status will be displayed in the search results.

    • Disputed - all the transactions in the disputed status will be displayed in the search results.

    • Refunded - all the transactions in the refunded status will be displayed in the search results.

    • Dispute Rejected - then all the transactions which have the dispute rejected status will be displayed in the search results.

Can I Perform Sorting In The Transaction Management Section?

Yes, you can sort the transactions using the listing title, amount, user, vendor, and transaction status fields.

Can The user Be Able To View The Receipt Of His Transaction?

Yes, once a transaction is approved by the vendor, the Receipt button will get enabled in the transactions section. On clicking the receipt button the user can view and take a printout of the receipt.

Actions That Are Allowed After Booking Happens?

  1. Reject

  2. Confirm

  3. Complete transaction

  4. View Receipt

Actions That Are Allowed After Transaction Approval?

  1. View Receipt

  2. Dispute

View Receipt

On clicking the view receipt option, the receipt page of the transaction will be launched. Users can view and print the receipt.

Dispute

If there are any issues in your transaction or if you're not satisfied with your booking then you can raise a dispute by clicking on this dispute link.

How To Book A Listing?

  1. Log in to your marketplace

  2. Navigate to the search page

  3. Open the listing that you would like to book.

  4. Select the date, units, or hours based on the order type.

  5. Click the proceed button.

  6. Provide a message.

  7. If user agreement is enabled, agree and proceed to the PayPal payment process.

What Details Will Be Displayed On The Receipts Page?

The receipt page will have the following details

  1. Confirmation code

  2. Transaction Date

  3. Listing Title

  4. Currency

  5. Payment Mode

  6. Address

  7. Availability

  8. Transaction amount details
