How To View All The Disputes Of The Marketplace?

Admin can view all the disputes raised by the users in the marketplace using the “Disputes Management” section in the admin panel.

  • Login to your admin panel

  • Navigate to the Disputes menu in the header

  • Click the Disputes menu, here you can see all the disputes raised by the buyers.

Can Admin View The Buyer And Seller Messages For The Disputes?

Yes on editing the dispute, the admin can view the buyer and seller messages for the dispute and the admin can also send messages in this loop.

How Will The Admin Know The Message Was Sent By The Seller Or Buyer?

In the dispute, edit view the messages sent by the seller and buyer will have the seller’s and buyer’s profile icon and the indication of the name such as buyer, seller, and admin will be present next to the profile icon.

What Information Will Be Present In The Dispute Edit View?

Message conversations of buyer, seller, and admin will be present on the left side. The message input box will be available for the admin to send messages to the buyer and seller regarding the dispute. Dispute reason and transaction details will be present on the right side.

What Happens If The Admin Approves The Dispute?

On clicking the “Approve” button on the edit dispute page, a popup will be displayed with the price input box.

Admin after discussing with the seller can enter the full price amount or partial amount and click save.

Now the provided amount will get transferred to the buyer’s account immediately and the status will be updated as Refunded.

Also, the admin can able to Reject the Dispute By Clicking the “Reject Dispute” button inside the Edit Dispute page

What Happens If The Admin Rejects The Dispute?

On clicking the “Reject” button on the edit dispute page, the dispute request is rejected and no amount gets transferred to the buyer.

Can Transactions Be Automatically Refunded?

No, a transaction cannot be automatically refunded when a dispute is made. A refund must always be made by the admin via the dispute management section by editing the dispute.
