In listing management, the admin can able to control all the user’s listings in a single management.

How To View All The Listings In The Marketplace?

Admin can view all the available listings of the marketplace using the “Listings Management” section in the admin panel.

All the listings in your marketplace will appear in this section. You can find the following details

  1. Listing ID

  2. Listing Title

  3. Seller Name

  4. Category

  5. Order Type

  6. Status

  7. Created Date

  8. Updated Date

  9. Custom Listing fields from Listing Fields & filters

You can also edit the listing right away from the listing management page if you would like to update anything in the listings. You can easily perform sorting or search using the filters on the right side.

How To Edit Listings From The Admin Panel?

Admin can edit any user's listings using the “Edit Listing” option in the Listing Management section.

On clicking the edit icon, the corresponding listing’s edit page should be launched. After updating the details and clicking the post listing button, listing details will be updated and get posted.

How To Mark The Listings As Featured?

Admin can mark any number of listings as “Featured”. Featured listings will be displayed on the custom landing page if the admin has bought the custom landing page.

  • Login into the admin panel.

  • Open the Custom Landing Page [If you have Purchased it Already, otherwise you have to purchase the Custom Landing Page add-on ]

  • Then go to the Custom landing Page, and edit the custom landing page if you have it already, otherwise Click any default template.

  • Inside the Page, Click “Add Panel”

  • Then Scroll down the Section and choose the Featured listing option on the right side section.

If the Featured Listing option is not available in the list then,

  1. Go to the “Listing” preference page Under the “ Listing Section

  2. Then Enable the “ Enable featured listing functionality “ Toggle Button

  3. Click the save button inside the “Custom Landing Page

  4. Now you have to choose the Listing which you want to show in the Featured Listing Section

  5. Now go to “Listing Management” which is under the “Listing Section

  6. Then You can see One toggle button Which is titled “Featured Listing” Then Enable it for the listing you wanted to show on the featured listing

  7. Now, The featured listing will be visible on the Home page.

Admin Can Update The Listing Status?

Yes, the admin can update the listing status using the status drop-down in the Listing Management section if the approval process is enabled.

For the approved listing, if the admin wishes to close or open the listing then he can do it by clicking the listing name which opens the listing details page, and the admin can close/open the listing using the options on the right side.

Note: if you Don't See this option, Then Go to the listing Preference page Which is under the “Listing” Section, Then enable the toggle button which is Name as “Review all listings before they are published,” then go to listing management, Now you can see the option to closed or open the listing.
