How To Delete A User?
Admin can delete the users using the delete icon in the “User Management” section.
Login into the admin panel.
Open the user management.
Click the “delete” icon. A confirmation popup will appear, and on confirming the user will be deleted.
Then this user’s detail will be moved to the “Delete user” Management page which is placed inside on top of the user management page
Note:
Admin can delete the user only when they are in inactive status.
Admin Can’t delete if the user has a pending transaction
What Information Is Deleted When A User Account Is Removed?
When an account is deleted all his personal information is permanently removed from the system.
All his listings will be removed permanently except the chat and transaction and will not be available for any user.
In the chat and transaction page, the Delete user’s Name will be displayed as “Deleted User” but their data will be deleted.
Is It Possible To Delete A User Account At Any Time?
Admin can’t able to delete the user if that user contains any pending transactions once the transaction is completed, admin can able to remove the user.
Is It Possible To Recover A Deleted User Account?
No, it is not possible to recover the deleted user account.
