How to display listing fields in the search filter?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  • Open the “Listing Fields & Filters” under the Listing Settings

  • Edit the listing field Or create listing fields

  • Make the “ Display Filter “ toggle ON for the field that needs to be displayed as a filter in the search page

How to assign listing fields to the categories?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  • Open the “Listing Fields & Filters” under the Listing Settings

  • Edit the listing field or create a listing field

  • Choose the listing categories for which the field needs to be assigned.

How to change the newly created listing fields' order?

  • Go to Admin-> Site Setup

  • Open the “Listing Fields & Filter” under the Listing Settings

  • You can drag the fields and rearrange the order using the drag icon on the list screen.

  • Note: Static fields are non-draggable.

Can I display only filters related to a particular category?

Yes. Initially, all the enabled filters are displayed on the homepage of your marketplace. Once you select a category, you will only see the filters related to that category or to a subcategory within that category. If you select a subcategory, you will only see the filters related to that subcategory.

You can use the fields and filters to inform about certain characteristics of the kids shoes being sold. These fields can be used as search filters helping the user find what they are looking for on your homepage.

  1. Size (Dropdown field)

  2. Color (Checkbox field)

  3. Character(Checkbox field)

  4. Closure Type(Dropdown field or text field)

  5. Brand (Dropdown field)

  6. Seller (Checkbox field)

Your marketplace rents apartments and rooms:

By using the fields and filters, you can display information about what type of apartment or room is being listed. Many of these fields can also be good to set as search filters as users often want to decide on how many rooms to rent or they want to be sure there is a double bed.

  2. Number of bathrooms (Number field)

  3. Number of beds (Number field)

  4. Styles of beds (Text field)

  5. Property type (Dropdown field)
