No, you cannot create new email templates.
Can The Admin Edit The Existing Email Template?
Yes, you can edit the content for the existing email templates.
To edit,
Go to Admin-> Site Setup
Open the “Email Templates” under the Channels Settings
3. Click the “edit” icon of the email template which you would like to edit.
4. Then scroll down to the “content” section.
5. You’ll find the email template preview in that section.
6. To start editing the template, click the "editor" button, which is visible in the top-right corner.
7. The content will appear in “HTML code,” which is ready for you to edit.
8. Once you’ve completed it, click "save" to apply your changes.
Note: After updating content, you can preview your changes before saving by clicking on the “Preview” button.
Can The Admin Provide Email Content For Different Languages?
Yes, you can provide different email content for different languages. On editing any email template you can see the active languages as tabs, You can edit the contents by navigating between the tabs.
Can The Admin Delete The Existing Email Template?
No, you cannot delete the existing email templates.
Can The Notifications Be Sent By SMS?
No, currently notifications can only be sent as emails.
