As a marketplace admin, you have the ability to log in to an existing user's account to view their activities. This feature is useful for troubleshooting, managing user inquiries, and gaining insights into the user experience.
Here's how you can do it on QoreUps’ Marketplace Platform:
Log in as admin in the console.
Once logged in, go to the “Users Management” This is where you can manage and view all the user accounts.
3. In the Users Management, choose the user account you want to access. Under the "Action" column, Hover over the More button (usually represented by “three dots”).
4. Upon hovering the “three dots” button, you’ll see two options - “login as user” and “delete.” Select the "Login as User" option. You will be logged into the selected user's account.
What You Can and Cannot Do by Login as User:
While logged in as a user, you’ll be able to edit the user profile, add listings and view their activities and explore their account. However, the listed below are certain actions that are restricted to perform due to security and privacy reasons:
Add or edit payout details
Add or edit payment details
Initiate transactions
Move transactions forward
Send messages on behalf of the user
Leave reviews as the user
These restrictions ensure that the user’s account and sensitive information remain secure and protected.
Important Note:
Your session on the user’s account will be limited to 15 minutes. After this period, you will automatically be logged out of the user's account for security reasons.
