To enable the live chat feature, allowing users to chat directly with admin, integrate Google Tag Manager (GTM) into your marketplace.
Follow these simple steps to set up GTM:
Go to “Site Setup”
Click on “General” under SEO settings
3. Locate the “GTM” section on the page.
Enter the GTM Container ID:
In the GTM section, you will find a field to input your GTM container ID.
Paste your GTM container ID into the designated field.
Save Changes:
After entering the container ID, click “Save” to apply the changes.
Once integrated, the live chat feature will be activated, enabling real-time communication between users and admins.
