  1. Login to your Hostinger account using the credentials that you used to purchase your domain.

  2. Under domain portfolio select the manage button near the domain for which you want to add a TXT record and click DNS.

3. Select “DNS / Nameservers” to add CName and TXT records.

Step 1: Creating CNAME Record

  • Select “Add New Record” and choose “CNAME” in the type.

  • Paste the Hostname TXT in the Name and Hostname Value in the Target.

  • Click the “Save All Changes” button.

  • After saving, your CNAME record is successfully created.

Step 2: Creating TXT Record

  • Select “Add New Record” and choose “TXT” in the type.

  • Paste the Hostname TXT in the Name and Hostname Value in the TXT Value.

Note: When adding TXT host add only _acme-challenge.www, not the entire domain URL (_acme-challenge.www.example.com).

  • Click the “Save All Changes” button.

  • Repeat the process and do the same for the 2nd TXT record.

Note: When adding a second TXT host add only _cf-custom-hostname.www, not the entire domain URL (_cf-custom-hostname.www.example.com).

  • In a few hours, your custom domain will be activated.
